Before Cardinal Merger Advisors, Jack spent several years as a Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant. He worked with businesses across diverse industries, guiding them through the process of selling their company, raising funds, preparing for a future sale, determining the value of their company or pursuing other strategic or financial objectives. Many of the companies he has advised were facing especially challenging situations.
Jack has worked with companies in industries including Healthcare and Healthcare Services, Software as a Serivce, Tech-enabled Services, Distribution, Manufacturing, Janitorial Supplies, Transportation, Fintech, Alternative Energy, Retail, Marketing and Financial Services.
Prior to his consulting career, Jack worked for over a decade in the securities industry, primarily as an institutional equity trader. He holds an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University and a BSBA in Finance from Auburn University.
